Tubes are joined by cold shrinkage at one end of a larger mouth tube to another smaller mouth tube, which firmly grips the end of the smaller tube. This method has been tested by Engineering Faculty's Laboratories and passed the required international standard test, for this kind of transmission lines.
The advantages of tubular steel poles are:
- Wind resistance due to curvature of the surface
- Corrosion resistance due to smooth surface
- Easy installation due to its light weight
These poles can be painted or galvanized in all lengths according to the required specified applications
