Power Transmission Towers

These towers are used in Electrification projects for transmitting the power from power generating units to substations located in remote areas. A type of a power transmission tower depends on various factors such as voltage (33kv to 800kv), configuration (vertical or horizontal), and line deviation angle (Suspension, Tension & Terminal, Towers).
The design of Power Transmission line tower depends on, type of conductor and earth-wire, wind zone, deviation angle and material specification. These towers are galvanized to protect the steel from corrosion. The galvanizing coating thickness depends on the weather conditions at the location of tower.

Radio and Telecommunication Towers

These towers are specialized for use in wireless communication with radio, microwaves, etc.

Antenna or other wireless transmitting devices are fixed on appropriate locations on the tower.

Substation Structures

These structures include Gantries and Equipment Support Structures. Use of Gantry structures is guiding the power conductor from the farthest/last tower from the substation to the electrical equipments in a substation. This structure consists of a number of columns and Girder beams, which are dependent on a number of circuits of the line. Gantries are also used for line crossing.
